Description
This is an item that is so rare that there is no mention of what it is, or how it was used anywhere. Whatever it was, it was given to someone with "COMPLIMENTS" for service. It is non-metallic, so it could be silver? I can barely make out what it says, but with the right light, you can read it all. The top row of print reads; "COMPLIMENTS", second row center reads; "WAR" followed by the war camp red white and blue circular logo, reading "WAR CAMP COMMUNITY SERVICE", then followed by "CAMP" to the right; third bottom row reads, "COMMUNITY SERVICE". It stands 7/8" tall and is probably about 7/8" diameter across, when connected. It has 2 small holes for, I assume brads were used to attach it to what, I don't know. Would probably fit on a cane, because of it's size.
