    memorabilia. A bamboo container
    with a
    personal
    story. It is engraved with the soldier's name- H. C. Hanshaw. It lists the locations he visited (New
    York
    , Panama, Frisco, Honolulu, Guam, China, Manila) and it features two painted veniettes: on the cap is the American Eagle with the flag. On the
    container's
    body are 3 soldiers in action; one has a machine gun , one is looking through
    binoculars and the 3rd is watching. Folk art lovers- this is a great example! History enthusiasts- this is one of a kind!

    good! Copper top separated and will need to get
    reattached. Some cracks to the bamboo. Bottom - base is slightly bent but is solid. Wear to the bamboo finish.
