This is a 10K gold ring made during WW1 time period.  A large "USA" in the center. It has a shield on each shoulder with stars and stripes, flanked by acorn and leaves. There is a 4 leaf clover at bottom on each side. It weighs 9.9 grams. Size 11 1/2
